At Nirvaana Atelier, each piece is carefully curated to reflect quality and craftsmanship.

No Change-of-Mind Returns  
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Faulty or Damaged Items  
We only accept returns in the rare case that an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery  
- Item must be unused and in original condition with tags intact  
- Clear photos of the issue must be provided  

Resolution  
Once approved, we will offer:
- A replacement (if available), or  
- A refund/store credit at our discretion
