Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, we offer exchanges or store credit only. We do not provide refunds for change of mind.

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@nirvaanaatelier.com with your order number.

Please note:
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

In the rare case of a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images, and we will assist you promptly.

Nirvaana Atelier reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
